So, I’m doing the Frugal Weight Loss Challenge over at Stockpilingmoms and I’m happy to report that I lost 3 pounds this week!
I haven’t exercised at all, but I have starting eating breakfast, which is huge for me because I don’t ever eat breakfast. I’ve also been eating lunch and dinner and few small snacks in between, drinking tons of water and completely cut out late night snacking of any kind.
This week is going to be crazy for me since I’ll be in and out a lot, but I am going to keep up my good eating habits, drinking lots of water and try to get a couple workouts of some kind in too.
